This is 1 bedroom with your own bath inside our 3 bedrooms apartment, you will be sharing the kitchen, laundry and living area with my family.

Location: inside southport Meriton Suites. 2 minutes walk to tram station, a few minutes walk to the beach.

Amenities: gym, indoor pool, spa and sauna, rooftop outdoor pool and spa.

The room: fully furbished, you only need to bring your personal belongings. Oversized one bedroom with queen size bed, built in wardrobe, viewing the sun rises over the Pacific Ocean from the living room and bedrooms.

Full kitchen and laundry.

Separate living and dining area.

1 dedicated private bathroom for you with shower.

Free unlimited Wi-Fi.

Ducted aircon.

You will share the public area inside the apartment with my family, no parties, no smoking, no alcohol, no pets, no dates and no late night noises please!

International student or someone that lives a quiet and clean lifestyle would suit us well. You would need to clean after yourself, this is not a hotel room. We are looking for one guest only, single female, no couples. And no dates to be brought back here. We have a kid living here.

Please note we have a small parrot living with us, we are early risers, would prefer the same.

Lease term: 6-12 months.

$530 per week including internet, other bills will be shared, $2500 bond at the time when the lease is signed.

Private inspection on Saturdays by appointment only.
