Cairns Property Rentals

I am a sole agent who started in Real Estate 16 years ago, starting from Receptionist to Property Manager.  I managed up to 200 properties for one of the main real estates in Cairns, after resigning I worked for smaller agencies in which I did all aspects of Property Management.  In 2015 I had the opportunity to purchase a small rent roll that I was already managing, the Agency was mainly interested in Commercial.  I purchased 25 properties and have built up to just over 35 within 6 months, by recommendations.For me, my priority is working hard for my owners while keeping a happy medium between owners and tenant.
