Stephen is the director of Coates Real Estate Pty Ltd t/a Coates Real Estate. Our Company’s aim is to raise the level of personal service within the Real Estate industry in Cairns and provide the very best quality of customer care available, making buying and selling real estate a much more pleasurable experience.Stephen came to Cairns Australia from Matakohe New Zealand in 1971 with his parents, and is proud to call Cairns home after many years and extensive travel, both local and overseas. Stephen’s parents moved from New Zealand, to the Cairns area due to the opportunities available, which still exist today. The name Coates in New Zealand is still respected today and is locked into the history of the country with J G Coates having been a very well respected Minister and New Zealand Prime Minister.Stephen has a vast amount of experience in the Cairns area, having worked and run a number of successful businesses in Cairns and Townsville in the Tourism and Motor Vehicle industry. Since the early 2000’s Stephen has been working in Real Estate, building his knowledge, client base and reputation. Stephen’s high levels of professionalism, service and honesty have helped him in obtaining repeat business and an exceptional reputation. Stephen started with Ray White and spent about six and a half years with the group taking out a huge number of awards.
