AND WHY WOULD YOU CHOOSE US?   We are not just your average sales people. Since 1987 we have been in our own businesses, selling, John has been an accomplished salesman since 1974. And why is that so special? Experience! Years of experience has taught us the art of negotiation. A high calibre negotiator such as John is the difference between accepting a mediocre  offer that the buyer makes and many thousands of dollars more negotiated by us. Born and lived in Townsville since birth, John knows this town and surrounding areas with incredible detailed knowledge. Buyers ask the most intricate of questions about property which John can often answer with ease and invariably win a buyers trust resulting in a sale. Communication is paramount to acquiring the very best results. To achieve this we are always contactable, 7 days per week, a phone call will never go unanswered or not returned. Working for and with our Vendors is very important from the moment we list your property to the very end of settlement. Your intimate knowledge of your property is vital to an end result, therefore liaising with our Vendors in terms of opinions and suggestions are very important. Problem solving is an absolute ‘must have’ skill when dealing with buyers. This is when all the senses come into play; Communication, knowledge, negotiation and problem solving. On a handful of occasions John has salvaged and saved a sale because he is capable of identifying the reason for a breakdown in communications between the Buyer, Solicitors and Vendor.     We have been Principals in a major franchise in Townsville with 14 sales people and 9 support staff and all of the technology. With the knowledge we take from that experience and the high standard of ethics with which we conduct our business our Vendors and Buyers enjoy a win, win outcome. You will not be dealing with the sales staff or the office administrators; you will be dealing directly with the business owner.  And why is that so important?; we have a good reputation to protect; we give you first-hand knowledge and first-hand experience. And why won’t the most state of the art technology or the size of the business or the number of web sites or the longest list of potential buyers get you a buyer?, because it is a people and advertising business. We have proven time and time again that provided the property is advertised in Saturdays Property Guide, no matter if it is in the front or back, no matter the size of the ad, people will use the navigator in the guide to locate the property, the price and suburb. Once they have established the property they are interested in, they will go to real estate. com and have a closer look at the property. If the potential buyers require more information or do not want to wait for the open home to view the property, they will ring us. Every time! And we answer the phone 7 days a week. We, John and I, work together at every open home we organise. This process is vital so that I can meet and greet your Buyer at the front door of your property, register their names and phone numbers, hand them a brochure of the property with pictures and a list of features and at the same time have a quick, friendly chat about the property. I will then invite them inside where John can answer their questions, canvas the buyer, ask probing questions and ensure respect for your property is maintained. This routine means that John can concentrate solely on the buyers’ interest in the property. We work for you, the Owner, not the buyer. Our sales skills, experience and knowledge together with our professionalism, honesty and our genuine willingness to get you the very best results is why you should trust us with your property. We love our work and appreciate your business.
