Established in 1997, Core Real Estate was created by Gavin Plows who wished to embody his various Australian awards and achievements in the Real Estate field into his own forward thinking company.Since that time over 15 years ago, Core Real Estate has evolved into a much broader based organisation and is well-positioned to offer a full range of advice and Sales expertise in the investment,residential and landsales/development sectors.Core Real Estate has a primary aim and vision to serve with honesty, integrity and enthusiasm with superior knowledge and understanding. As Core Real Estate evolves,these primary aims are still upheld as the backbone and strength that carries Core progressively into the future.Over the past 15 years Core Real Estate has sold properties all over Perth Metropolitan area,from multi million dollar homes in Mount Clarement and Dalkeith to apartments in Mosman Park, South Perth,West Perth,Fremantle, Glendalough, Burswood and the list goes on.In addition to these metropolitan sales, Core Real Estate has had great success in marketing and selling large rural holdings South of Perth to investors/developers.
