The journey began in 2000 with the opening of Advantage Real Estate, an independent office. Within a couple of years, the company grew to a team of 18 and had a strong market share that was achieved by incredible results. In 2003, after being approached by RE/MAX which is an American real estate franchise, the company took on the dream to run large multiple offices. 2004 saw the opening of a new office in Surfers Paradise that had the capacity of 80 salespeople. The company grew to a team of 40. However, in 2006, due to a change in personal and family commitments saw the directors move back to Robina and change their focus from running large teams to running a boutique business that was focused on their value system.
