Liz Davis and Karen Cooke combined their talents and knowledge of real estate to form the real estate agency Davis Cooke Properties. After working together in a large international and locally based agency, Liz and Karen have a strong desire to improve the way the real estate industry operates.  “We endeavour to turn traditional real estate methods upside down”.  “We want to challenge the mainstream attitude and reach an all new level of customer service.”  Liz has been honing her skills with residential properties over the past 16 years.  Karen has 11 years of experience in real estate encompassing residential sales, development projects, commercial and business sales and leasing.   Their dynamic team also includes Office Manager Alyce Cooper, who has over 10 years’ experience in the industry, and Karen Livy in Property Management!  Liz and Karen believe training and development are the key for a strong and trustworthy team and they emphasise that the Davis Cooke Properties team provide a service second to none, as they provide their staff with the resources and training needed to give their clients an optimum real estate experience.   “Mackay is in an exciting phase in the real estate market with a lot of expansion happening in the coal fields.
