PROFILE
I am the Principal of Elaine Mills Property Management, Agents License Number AL628. I obtained my Agents Representative License in 1999 and have an in-depth knowledge of Property Management. I achieved the REINT/NT News Industry Award for Property Manager of the Year in 1999.
I arrived in Darwin June 1962 and attended local Darwin schools until 1968. After leaving Darwin High School, I worked in the private sector, Commonwealth Government and NT Governments. Positions held were in the areas of Customer Service. My employment commenced in Darwin, I transferring to Alice Springs after Cyclone Tracy in 1974, then Nhulunbuy Gove, Darwin, Tennant Creek and finally returned to Darwin in 1993.
My husband Rob, and I own investment properties and we have a very good understanding of communications to ensure property management is
handled efficiently and effectively to maximise profits and minimise losses of income for investment properties.
