Troy became a Director of the company in 2002 and in 2003 made the decision to assist vendors and purchasers in the selling and buying process. Troy is currently ranked as a number 2 top Principal non metropolitan and has been a member of the Elders Elite for "excellence in sales" since 2004. During the first few months of her employment a vacancy appeared within the Property Management Department. Krysti was successful in gaining the position and then knew that this is where her interest lay. During the years Krysti became a fully accredited Property Manager with the Real Estate Institute of NSW and has held the position of Treasurer for the Nortern Rivers Division.
