In 1997 our real estate team commenced marketing and selling the Sanctuary Lakes Resort in Point Cook when the area consisted of mostly farmland. As the resort developed our real estate team grew to meet the increasing demand for property services in line with the growth in population and homes across Point Cook and then the entire region of Wyndham in general.Who would have thought that Point Cook would so quickly become the vibrant residential community that it is today? As the longest established real estate agency in Point Cook, the growth of our business has mirrored the growth and development of the wider Wyndham region. We’ve sold more property across Wyndham than all other agents combined. We have the largest leasing and property management teams, plus a land sales division that has sold a significant number of house and land packages across the many newly established residential housing estates in the area.Established Property is a proudly independent business led by Fadi Saad, Rob Sinni and Alex Sherwin. Our longevity and continued growth are attributed to a high percentage of repeat business. We have long term clients who have bought, sold and leased property through Established Property and have referred us to their family and friends. We value our long term relationships and believe our professionalism, excellent customer service and, above all, our people are the reasons for our continued success.

Allhomes acknowledges the Ngunnawal people, traditional custodians of the lands where Allhomes is situated. We wish to acknowledge and respect their continuing culture and the contribution they make to the life of Canberra and the region. We also acknowledge all other First Nations Peoples on whose lands we work.
