Fox's Real Estate is one of the oldest real estate companies on the Gold Coast. Established in 1932 as L. Harding Smith Auctioneer, Valuer, Public Accountant and Estate and Commission Agents, the business was purchased by Nigel Fox in 1973 and subsequently changed the business name to Fox's Real Estate. In 1997 Nigel Fox retired selling the business to Stan and Hazel Engdahl. After a restructure of management and refurbishment of the existing office Fox's Real Estate received the Jenman Approved Accreditation on the 1st July, 2004. Specialising in the sale of residential houses, duplexes, townhouses, villas & units, Fox's Real Estate as an independent agency is proud of the fact it offers a highly efficient and personalised service to a large network of very satisfied clients. This service is centred on client benefits such as sale by private treaty, a guaranteed risk free service to each of our vendors and a policy of no money paid by our vendors until the property is happily sold. In February 2012, Fox’s Real Estate established a property management division to assist our clients in the network who have rental properties as part of their investment portfolios. With a successful team supporting and following the ethical values of "Approved", Fox's Real Estate believes it can set the bench mark for other real estate companies servicing the Northern Gold Coast region which includes the suburbs of Southport, Labrador, Ashmore, Parkwood, Arundel, Biggera Waters & Benowa
