His son Kevin later changed the name of the business to Ronchi Real Estate and traded successfully for over 30 years. David Wheeler established David Wheeler Real Estate in June 1990 and traded successfully for ten years. July 2000 the two businesses merged to become Ronchi Wheeler Professionals. From 2000 - 2004 Ronchi Wheeler Professionals became a multi award winning Real Estate Agency winning Sales Office of the year in 2001 to 2004 and Property Management Office of the Year in 2001 to 2003. In October 2005 the Company took on a new direction and became the first "One Stop Real Estate Shop in Gippsland known as Ronchu Wheelr Rescom.
