Welcome to the site. My name is Anthony and I have been in Real Estate for 20 years having gained my various licenses in 1997.  I am a one man operation using print advertising, community networking, door knocking and the internet to deliver a personal and successful service. Looking in agents windows is a thing of the past, people  now search the web where they can check prices of houses sold, search for properties, find their loan, check for pest controllers, building inspectors; the whole deal. My aim is to make your experience of buying or selling property as easy and straightforward as possible, making myself available to listen, clarify and communicate as necessary. When you list with me, you get me. I answer my phone almost always and when this is difficult I guarantee I will call you back. I believe I can sell your property with integrity, whether straight away or down the track. I can guarantee all the above but I won’t make idle promises. When it comes to buying and selling property I find the following sums it up. You should find the property you like and then worry about the price. If the purchaser doesn’t pay what the vendor wants, then they don’t purchase, and if the vendor doesn’t accept what the purchaser offers, they don’t sell. My job is to connect buyer and property, then bring the parties together creating a satisfying outcome.
