Our aim at Investors Choice Real Estate is to provide a more
one on one Property Management service (just
like it used to be) where your #1 contact is your Property Manager.
In today’s market, with more Property Managers being
overloaded with properties to manage, it becomes harder to keep that personal
touch. More often you are dealing with a
number of people in one office. Firstly,
a BDO (Business Development Officer), this is the person who is your initial
contact and who arranges your original contract. Then you are handed to your Property Manager
(who in most cases you have not met), then there is the Receptionist who takes
messages (and hopefully you have a good Receptionist who passes messages on),
there also may be someone who arranges maintenance, and another who completes
the Routine Inspections and contacts you regarding the condition of your
property. This means that when you
contact your Property Manager after an inspection, they sometimes do not know
what is happening until they check back on the report or with the person that
completed the report.
At Investors Choice Real Estate our aim is to keep the properties
per Property Manager at a level that is manageable for one person. So you are not dealing with 2, 3 or even 4
people, but just one. Therefore making
it possible for them to be the person you sign with, who does your inspections,
arranges your maintenance, and contacts the tenant or yourself to discuss the
property (and knows what is going
on). And you do not have to worry about
constant staff changes where you are not sure who is going to be your Property Manager next week.
