Richard Bowen is the Founder and Managing Director of JetRose Property. After working with larger real estate agencies, Richard decided to create his own boutique agency to specialise in working with select clients across multiple locations, for sales of premium, luxury properties and his client's investment properties. Richard only works on a handful of properties at any one time to ensure the ultimate service experience for all clients of JetRose Property; every property listed has his complete dedication. With over 20 years in sales as a business owner and in sales, and with over a decade selling homes as a lead agent, Richard’s expertise when selling a property is reflected in his results, and his client’s loyalty who use him over and over again. During his real estate career, Richard has adapted to his client’s needs through different markets and has sold properties from the affluent Eastern Suburbs, North Shore, CBD and beachside suburbs of Sydney, through to the NSW South Coast and Queensland’s Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. His experience also includes acquiring and selling development sites from $5 million to $50 million for leading developers across the country who trust Richard to amalgamate complex negotiation deals.
