John Williams Real Estate One

We are one of the longest existing agents in the Liverpool area. Established in 1969. 1969 brought about a real estate company in Liverpool called Frank Barnard Pty Ltd. John Williams, who is the principal of John Williams Real Estate One, bought Frank Barnard Pty Ltd in 1978 and has been in business ever since. We have built up a reputable business by increasing our rent roll, from approx 49 properties to our current rent roll in excess of 500 properties. Our sales team does very well and has many years of experience behind them. Most of our people have completed the Real Estate course, or are currently studying. Being able to communicate in Greek, Croatian and English, it is very useful for our diverse population. Our office is located in a prime location in Liverpool’s CBD, providing us with excellent exposure to daily shoppers, parents going to the neighbouring school, and commuters passing by from the station.
