Inessa Kabaker opened the doors to Kabaker Property Group in 2012 after 13 years in the industry. After many years of working in real estate and creating procedures and processes for other real estate offices she realised it was time she set up her own Property Management and Body Corporate departments. Whereby most companies focus on their sales department, Inessa realised that the heart and asset of the business is Property Management. In July 2012 Davidah Zeldin joined Inessa as a business partner and member of Kabaker Property Group. "We have worked together for over 6 years in previous real estate offices and make a great team. It is important to have someone who has the same work ethic and believes in providing great communication and service to their clients; both landlords and tenants. We don't cut corners and make sure that we always go above and beyond for our clients". We have put to use our knowledge of maintaining and managing blocks of apartments over the years and have decided to open another division; Body Corporate/Owners Corporation Services. We apply the same method and diligence in this area and with the same degree of passion.It is not enough to know the basic. It is imperative for each Property Manager to know the ins and outs managing a property. Being frustrated that landlords are not being informed about what they can and cannot claim through insurance (either landlords or building) Inessa started training staff. Most staff were not aware of what can be covered under landlords insurance and what the benefits were to have this cover."We are so excited to offer our clients a full property management service. We don't just collect money and do the occassional routine inspection. We are aware of and legislative changes, new methods of doing things or maybe even new software developments". Our office is situated in Caulfield however we manage properties all over Melbourne.
