Principal and licensee, Carol Gilmour first started her real estate career in 1993 where she started selling real estate in the Nambour area. After spending 4 years there Carol then went on to assist in residential and holiday property management as well as sales support. Carol moved to Kenilworth at the end of 1999 and continued her career outside the area. Along the way Carol found that there was a need to open an office in Kenilworth, so in October 2003 "Kenilworth Realty" opened their doors. Kenilworth is a friendly country town with enthusiastic locals who believe in the future of the town. Kenilworth is only 20 minutes northwest of Nambour and 40 minutes west of Noosa, with easy access to the Bruce Highway and connecting roads which will take you to the Sunshine Coast and south to Brisbane or north to Gympie. Kenilworth is well known for its local dairies, beef cattle, boutique wineries and cheese factory. The town of Kenilworth has a lot to offer with horse riding in the State Forest, camping and swimming at Charlie Moreland campsite, pleasant eateries and local arts and crafts. Office hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm, Saturday 8.00am - 4pm and by appointments on Sunday, by contacting the office.
