LJ Hooker was established in Dubbo in its current location in 1985 and came under the control of current Licensee-In-Charge, Colin Knight and wife Mary Ann when they took over the franchise in May of 1988. The business has since grown from an original staff of five to currently employing twelve permanent employees across the various real estate sales and property investment areas.  During this time the industry has undergone enormous change with technology having a major influence on the way real estate business is conducted in today’s market. LJ Hooker Dubbo has embraced this change and prides itself on using the most up to date systems and procedures available. LJ Hooker Dubbo offers a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of real estate including residential sales and management, commercial, hotel/motel brokering, rural sales, and land subdivision. LJ Hooker Dubbo is also a member of the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales. Our office is conveniently located, with high exposure, at the Southern end of Dubbo’s central business district at 266 Macquarie Street.
