LJ Hooker Townsville is an independently owned franchise of LJ Hooker Limited. Our company the Martini Group commenced trading in Townsville on 18th July 1986, established by the late Alex Martini. While initially a husband and wife team the business quickly grew to include both sales and property management divisions.  The company expanded in 1996 and then again in 1998 with the purchase of two small property management portfolios from PJ Schumacher Real Estate and Anne Rintala Real Estate. Further expansion and the creation of a second office occurred in September 2003 with the acquisition of Citywide Rentals, a large residential rental management business with managements throughout the Townsville region. May 2004 saw the purchase of new business premises in Hermit Park. Further growth occurred with the acquisition of Walducks Real Estate in March 2006 and Rising Sun Real Estate in April 2008.     LJ Hooker Townsville has strong links with many prominent building companies, developers and Government Departments and has been at the forefront of the disposal of Government Housing in Townsville and achieved record selling prices for these homes in the suburbs of Heatley and Vincent.    Here is what our customers have to say: *We’ve just gone through the process of selling our current home and have now upgraded to our new home on acreage.
