The phone rings.It's a long standing client with one of his properties currently for sale with us: "I have been contacted by some other agents in the area; they say they have buyers looking for a house like mine and I should list it with them."

Before we could say a word, the call continues "But I told them - I have been working with Maison Real Estate for nearly 10 years since the day I bought my first investment property from them. They have always looked after me and my properties - and I know they always have my best interests at heart. Why would I even consider changing agents?"
