Beginning in 1990 as Malseed Livestock & Real Estate, the businesses growth in residential real estate sales soon saw Malseed Livestock & Real Estate become Malseed Real Estate. Being independent and 100% locally owned has allowed us the flexibility to provide for each of our clients individual needs. In 2002 Malseed Real Estate changed its name to malseeds to reflect the business’ broadening vision from a conventional real estate agency to one of a full-service property group The future of our business is the people who we deal with each and every day and the team of malseeds is focused on giving our clients the ultimate real estate experience.
