McCarron Cullinane has served the Orange district since it was established in 1972 by Ken McCarron and Brian Cullinane. We opened an office in Molong to serve the growing local residential sales and rental market, as well as service our livestock clients in that area. In 2003 Brian and Ken sold McCarron Cullinane to Lindsay and Heather Fryer, and Peter and Lucy Eccleston. Prior to purchasing the business Lindsay had been part of the McCarron’s livestock team for 11 years. Heather Fryer also has a rural background and had worked in the insurance industry for 10 years prior to joining McCarron Cullinane. In March 2012, the Ecclestons sold their share of the business to Darren and Vanessa Connick. Darren has worked with McCarron Cullinane as a livestock agent and auctioneer for the past five years and brought with him much experience in livestock marketing. Darren has been involved in stock and station agency for 28 years, including his family-run business in Coonamble, Lemmich Connick. Vanessa has grown up on a rural property in Coonamble, and she and Darren have also had periods of running their own grazing properties. McCarron Cullinane sells livestock weekly in the selling centres at both Carcoar and Forbes, allowing us to service a wide area of the Central West. Over the past three decades the business has expanded and developed new areas of expertise to meet the changing needs of our clients. We now have a strong focus on rural and urban residential property sales and rentals, while maintaining the strong livestock business. Today, we’re delighted to still be working with the rural families who started out with us in 1972, as well as their sons and daughters from the next generation. We are also proud of the fact that our links with our community go well beyond the business side of things.
Allhomes acknowledges the Ngunnawal people, traditional custodians of the lands where Allhomes is situated. We wish to acknowledge and respect their continuing culture and the contribution they make to the life of Canberra and the region. We also acknowledge all other First Nations Peoples on whose lands we work.
