Since
opening the doors of their business in Temora 2010, Craig & Bev along with
their team have been building a reputation as the leading real estate and
livestock agency in the region. The
business has grown quickly establishing new branches in Narrandera and Boorowa,
always starting with nothing but optimism and a simple determination to do
their best. Having different outlets and covering all areas of real estate and
livestock enables the team to value-add their business while reducing risk,
thanks to the varying climatic regions and markets.Born and raised in the country, Craig & Bev believe in being
open and honest in their dealings, over many years, this approach has gained
them the mutual respect and trust of many clients. Craig, Bev & the team
recognise the importance of working together and giving back in a small
community. Among their favourite charities are the Burrumbuttock Hay Run and
Bale out Ball, both these were only a success because of the whole team &
family involvement. This fun-loving team really shine when they are promoting their
communities, they love the region and for the past 5 years they have been
integral in Temora’s outstanding reputation and success at Regional Living
Expo. Every August the team travel to Sydney to showcase the region to hundreds
of city dwellers looking to escape. The team is always eager to promote their
communities and love helping families relocate to the region. It’s been a busy and
exciting year for the team, with nominations in prestigious awards ceremonies. The
Real Estate Business Awards (REB Awards) saw Jess McShane achieve one of the
top 10 Finalists in the Sales Agent of the Year – Regional award category. August saw the business nominated in the Real
Estate Institute of New South Wales (REINSW’s) Awards for Excellent as a
finalist in the Real Estate Agency – Small – 2016 category. The business has recently change their branding and is now known
as QPL Rural. They may have different colour shirts but it is the same team
continuing to provide great customer service. Craig, Bev and the team are
focussed on improving and expanding their marketing and services for clients to
ensure they offer them the best for all their property and livestock
needs.
Craig and Bev are thankful for their staff, family and community
and are thrilled to be running three offices in such great rural communities.
