Mercer Bryant Realty formally Mercer Harries Realty, have been operating in the Murray Shire and Peel region as a family company for over 5O years. During that time the Murray Shire has developed from a distinctly rural farming area to an area of high growth as the suburbs of Perth and Mandurah spread outwards. There are hobby farms, canal developments and new subdivisions close to the town centre. Vineyards are developing and the area is of historical tourist value. Brett Mercer and Kerry Mercer purchased the business in 1983 and moved the office to its present location in the town centre. Brett had previously been a farmer in the area and after living in the area for over 35 years has intense local knowledge. Joe Bryant, Brett's nephew, joined Mercer Harries Realty in 2001 and has since become a partner in the business. Living on the canals in South Yunderup, Joe has earned himself a great Real Estate reputation. Joe's wife Shelly also works within the company as Office Manager. Brad Mercer, Brett and Kerry's son, joined the company in 2008 after many years of watching from the sidelines and is achieving Award Winning Status as a Sales Representative. He is proving to be a success in his own right. The office employs 12 local staff with experienced representatives who cover the areas of Pinjarra, Dwellingup, South and North Yunderup, Ravenswood, Coolup, Waroona, Yarloop and Boddington.
