Who is Nicholls Gledhill? Nicholls Gledhill is the longest operating agency in Endeavour Hills. It is not part of another franchise chain but an independent owner-operated family business managed by Harry Nicholls who started the company himself 40 years ago. Harry is also a Certified Practising Valuer (AAPI), the only one in Endeavour Hills, an associate of the Real estate Institute of Victoria (AREI) and a past president of the REIV (Waverley Branch).
