Kia Ora! Welcome to Ohana Property Group. We’re not a cookie-cutter kind of real estate agency. We’re nothing like you’ve seen before. We’re not for everyone, and we’re not trying to be. We do it like nobody does, and we’re changing the industry one house at a time. We’re Matiu and Julian, and we’re brothers from different mothers. We’ve called our business Ohana, meaning ‘family’, because we’re building a family and a community on the radical idea that real estate transactions can be fun—and that an agency can actually fill you with the warm fuzzies. Your property isn’t just property: it’s a home, and a place for family. We pride ourselves on being able to see your property through your eyes, and on building relationships that work for everyone. Your home has a story, and we want to hear it. More than that: we’re the storytellers who can best tell it. It’s how we give it its real value, and how we engage the buyer who’ll make it their home and love it as much as you have. We care about our family, and we’re not focused on commissions.
