Pam Court Realty was first established in January 1998 by husband and wife team, Bob and Pam Court.Pam and Bob moved to the Sunshine Coast from New Zealand with their family in 1988. It didn't take long for them to discover the suburb of Mountain Creek, purchasing a house and land package in 1990. Pam began working with the developers of Mountain Creek, John Heaney & Associates, selling properties and helping with the development of the Mountain Creek area.Pam worked with John Heaney & Associates for 8 years and witnessed first-hand the growth of Mountain Creek from a small housing development with dirt roads and dense bushland to the thriving community of today.  Mountain Creek is now a hugely sort after lifestyle, offering everything from first class Primary & High Schools, a local TAFE, World-Class Golf Course, Tennis Centre, Woolworths shopping precinct, a Tavern and so much more.Opening Pam Court Realty in 1998, it didn't take long for the office to become the area market leader for sales and rentals as well as an active part of the community, sponsoring local school and sporting events. After 13 years of successful trading, Pam and Bob felt it was time for a break and focus on other aspects of life.  However, this break was short lived as the "Real Estate Bug" soon got hold of them again, and the community again welcomed the reopening of Pam Court Realty in May 2015.  The essence of Pam Court Realty is alive once more, a local boutique-style Real Estate office servicing the local community with their trademark style and enthusiasm.
