Prentice Real Estate is one of the most established independent Real Estate Agents on the Mornington Peninsula. Founded in 1946 by Bill Prentice, and trading as W.E. Prentice, the company was incorporated in 1958 as Prentice's Peninsula Properties Pty. Ltd. Since that beginning the company has been actively involved in the growth of this magnificent region and is well recognised as a leader in Real Estate in the area. Initially specialising in residential sales, the company is now proficient in the sale of commercial, industrial and rural properties as well as businesses. Property Management, Property Consultancy and Auctioneering complement the services we offer. We have two high exposure offices at Rye and Sorrento serviced by an experienced staff of fourteen, including three Licensed Estate Agents and two Auctioneers. We are long-standing members of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria. Managing Director of the company is Max Prentice A.R.E.I, A.A.M.I. (son of founder Bill Prentice) Licensed Estate Agent and Auctioneer who has over thirty years experience in Real Estate sales and administration. Michael Prentice BCom. A.M.A.M.I. Licensed Estate Agent and Auctioneer and Mark Prentice Sales Consultant continue the tradition of sons following father into the business as third generation members of the company.
