Brian Kennedy and Robert Rey have established a successful commercial real estate business and our market coverage extends from Brisbane CBD north to the Sunshine Coast, and from the coastal suburbs west to Samford and the Glasshouse Mountains. Brian Kennedy has been with Ray White Commercial for 22 years. He has received numerous awards for his achievements, including life membership to the Alan White Club. Brian also is one of only a handful of Ray White Commercial personnel who have achieved International recognition as an Elite performer. Robert has been responsible for marketing properties in the northern corridor area, with significant sales achievements including the Deception Bay and Narangba future industrial sites and the Big Fish site at Elimbah. Also large residential sub-division sites situated at Joyner, Narangba and Mango Hill and the pre-selling and leasing of the 12,000m² commercial site opposite Bunnings at Rothwell and other major Bulky Goods centres throughout Morayfield. We currently have a combined staff of twenty personnel who are based at our Strathpine and Caboolture offices, and we are ideally located to service the needs of our clients. Our offices are able to service any client requirement with specialised sales staff experienced in all aspects of commercial and industrial sales, business brokering, leasing, investment and development and a personalised property management division.
