About the owners Kathy Laverty has been in Property Management for 30 years and has also been a teacher for over 40 years. She has a full Real Estate Licence and is also an approved NRAS Letting Agent. Her education credentials include a BA, GDRT and Dip Secondary Teaching. David Laverty has been in Property Management for the last three years. Prior to that, David worked in Corporate Finance and Private Equity for 10 years in Sydney and Brisbane. He has a full Real Estate Licence as well as a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce (1st Class Honours).
