I started my own company “Schultz Realty” in December 2015 to start my own brand and boutique real estate agency and so that I can provide the best personal customer service with extra care, and amazing cost effect impact marketing that's assured to achieve the highest price your home in the shortest time frame.I am friendly, bubbly and outgoing but steadfast and dedicated to you. Prior to being a Real Estate Agent my husband and I had been renovating, styling and flipping houses ourselves for the last 8 years.  I believe that has allowed me a great background and great eye for detail and seeing whats not already there and also what is achievable. I am great at seeing potential and genuinely care about helping the people I work with to buy or sell there homes in the shortest time frame and achieving the maximum result.
