Organising & overseeing cleaning of your property (if required), with our own cleaners (if available), and making sure your property is advertised for releasing in a timely manner. 6. Organising & overseeing property maintenance when needed(we have a maintenance person employed who can do small jobs). 7. Advising clients of best lease terms. 8.
