The values of integrity, transparency, and reliability not only guide the day-to-day operations of Weir & Co Real Estate but also underpin its enduring commitment to the community.Bodie Weir, a fourth-generation descendant of a prominent Sunshine Coast family business, traces his lineage back to a service station and engineering enterprise established by his great-grandfather in the 1940s. This legacy was carried forward by his grandfather Norm, who managed the engineering business, and then by his father Bryan, whose iconic surf shop, Weir’s, was a fixture in Maroochydore until November 2020. Weir & Co Real Estate proudly honours Bodie's family heritage, embracing a rich legacy and strong reputation deeply rooted in the region.
