About Adam Blight

As a third generation real estate professional, Adam Blight had a keen interest in real estate from a young age. He says that purchasing his first investment property at eighteen years old was the smartest move he ever made.

With a career spanning 14 years, Adam's knowledge of the property management industry is second to none. As General Manager for the business since 2009, Adam currently oversees a team of 24 team members and believes that an open door policy is one of the essentials to good leadership.

Always looking to upskill and extend his expertise, Adam continually explores and regularly completes training pertaining to the real estate industry. He has completed a number of courses including his Certificate IV in Business (Real Estate Sales), Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, Diploma of Property and Diploma of Management.

Adam is a member of the Real Estate Institute of SA and also their Property Management Committee. With his intimate understanding of the property management industry in South Australia, Adam is regularly asked to present at real estate conferences to share his insights, most recently at PMC17 on the Gold Coast.

Adam's potent mix of experience, enthusiasm and vast knowledge of the real estate industry has made him an integral part of the property management team.

Being able to maintain a work-life balance is essential to an effective managerial role; away from work, Adam enjoys spending time with his growing family and is a keen fishing enthusiast.
