In 2002 Amanda won the prestigious REI ACT Salesperson of the Year Award. During 2003 Amanda continued to achieve high accolades in the Real Estate Industry, winning a number of awards on a local level and national level through the Raine & Horne Chain, and in 2004 she reached her own personal goal of opening up an agency (along with a few business partners) – That office is Blue Property Marketing Pty Ltd. Specialising in residential sales, Amanda said one of the keys to her success has been that she enjoys spending time with people, that and the fact that even though it is hard work, she absolutely loves the rewards it brings for her clients both the vendors and the buyers of property, it is generally a win-win situation for both parties and that brings her a lot of joy.
