About Amy Kowalczuk

Amy Kowalczuk brings a unique and creative perspective to her role as a Relationship Manager at The Property Collective. With a background as an actor, director, and educator, Amy has always been drawn to people, places, and the stories they hold. Her passion for real estate stems from a deep love of home as a heartspace-where personal style, community, and connection all come together. Known for her ability to make people feel heard and valued, she thrives on providing solutions, creating safe spaces, and making the process of property management as smooth as possible.

Amy's career journey has been anything but conventional, spanning professional theatre, teaching, and even a performance at the Princess Grace Theatre in Monaco. A natural communicator and facilitator, she brings her energy, empathy, and leadership to every challenge. Whether she's managing relationships, problem-solving, or collaborating with colleagues, Amy leads with curiosity and an open mind. Her transition into real estate is fuelled by her love of evolving, learning, and empowering both herself and those around her.

Away from work, Amy embraces creativity and movement-whether through yoga, acting, writing, or playing dress-up with her daughter. She has a passion for sustainability, with a (mostly) thrifted wardrobe and a love for home renovations, decorating, and hosting. With a little help from AI, she reads her Tarot cards daily, collects crystals, and delights in the simple joys like lighting dinner candles. Life may sometimes be too harsh for the big light, but with Amy, you may find comfort by the light and positive energy she brings every day.
