The path Andrew Morrow has taken to fulfil his ambition for a career in property management can only be described as unique, and the breadth of experience he has gained along the way ensures his resume reads a little differently from most. With qualifications including a Bachelor of Business, Andrew first gained management experience in the hotel industry before assuming managerial responsibility for a vibrant holiday residential village comprising 80 properties. He also spent a year living and working in Norway, providing him a broader perspective when it comes to communicating with people and with clients. Andrew is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent. These communication skills and Andrew’s proactive attitude ensured he quickly became an ideal fit with the Laing+Simmons North Sydney team. Commencing in administration, Andrew’s commitment to growing his knowledge and skills has seen him undertake marketing and leasing functions ahead of his appointment to a property management role. Having developed a holistic understanding of the property management industry, Andrew’s ability to multi-task, combined with his attention to detail, problem solving nous and drive to succeed, ensure our landlords and tenants benefit from all his uniquely rich experience.
