Andrew Nelson spent the first 6 years of his working life in the RAAF obtaining a trade as an instrument fitter at Wagga and then William Town near Newcastle.

Andrew was married in 1978 and moved to Goulburn in 1983 to embark on a retail career that spanned over 30 years and based in the Canberra region. Passionate about real estate from a very young age and purchasing his first home at 19, Andrew could see the potential of fulfilling the great Australian dream. Over the following years he and his wife Robyn have built their own property portfolio.

Pursuing his passion for real estate and determination to help others achieve their real estate aspirations, Andrew transitioned his focus and joined the Woden team.

Since starting, Andrew has successfully completed over 500 sales and listings. He has worked closely with First Home Buyers and Downsizers to help navigate them through the buying and selling process with a minimum of disruption and received many positive testimonials and sales awards to support his dedicated work ethics.

Andrew's calm, gentle nature and enthusiasm drives him to ensure the decision his clients make is the right one for them. He is always willing to sit down and take the time to explain the process, answer any questions and help guide his clients down the path to property ownership.
