After returning to the Real Estate Industry in mid 2010, Ant Manton soon identified an opportunity to utilise his strong background in Marketing, Sales and Management to create a new approach to servicing clients. In particular, Ant was keen to develop methods to communicate regularly to inform clients of the sales process of their property. He also set about creating an innovative business model designed to make Real Estate more efficient, more consumer friendly and more fun.

Ant had spent the previous twelve years – including the last three as General Manager - with the Hobart Media Centre, an organisation which operates Southern Cross and 7TWO Television, along with Sea FM and Heart 107.3 Radio. He therefore understands the power of Marketing and the influence of the media, and having managed over sixty staff he also has a strong commitment to the principles of hard work and the value of structures and systems within a business.

With these influences and background as driving forces, Ant set up a unique Company structure and employed three of his own dedicated Staff:

• Debbie Ninnes – Operations Manager and Licensed Sales Consultant
• Paul Reason – Buyers’ Agent and Licensed Sales Consultant
• Kylie Medcraft – Office Administrator

On a personal level, Ant has been married to the wonderful Meegan since 1995 and has two wonderful children as well – Harrison and Ellie.
