I have been working in real estate since I was fourteen after starting a traineeship early in 2009. In my opinion, there is a huge difference between 'property management' and 'property care'. Anyone can manage property, though going the extra mile to maximize my landlord's profit and see their investment is being looked after is of my highest importance. I thrive on offering new and innovative ways to look after your investment property and have a deep understanding into saving money, in turn maximizing profit. I treat every property like it were my own and take into consideration all aspects of the management. My main goal in Property Management is to deliver effective communication and build mutually beneficial relationships with my landlords and tenants.
