Born in New Zealand with a rural background, Brian originally came to Australia in 1961. He joined Dalgety Orange, soon becoming branch manager/auctioneer and in 1972 was elevated and appointed to Regional Manager of the New England area. However, Brian declined this position to establish McCarron Cullinane with his long-time associate and friend, Ken McCarron. Ken and Brian built an agency of high distinction with a widespread reputation for integrity, reliability, honesty and appreciation of client loyalty. The company was sold to the present owners in 2002.
Brian's hard work ethic and dedicated commitment to client satisfaction hold him in high regard and afford him respect within the agency industry. Through his specialist auctioneering skills Brian came to be recognised as one of the most accomplished livestock and property auctioneers in NSW.
Living on a small property at Borenore enabled Brian to embrace his love of the land while also balancing his passion for selling with his commitment to family. Brian's lifelong experience in the rural scene, his total reliability and unparalleled knowledge of the local area all serve him well in his present role as a specialist rural property sales consultant.
