Listening to his father Bill negotiating property transactions over the phone in the kitchen, Brian Wood learned from a very young age the importance of honest communication and diligent service. Completing high school in Swan Hill, Brian obtained a Certificate in Business Studies (Real Estate) at RMIT and after a few years in livestock, he joined Wood & Co Real Estate in the drought of 1982. Nine years later, Brian became the fourth generation to take proprietorship of the family business and together with his wife Lauren, now leads a team of vibrant and enthusiastic agents continuing to build on the company's strengths in providing world-class real estate service blended with local knowledge and down- to-earth advice. Outside work, Brian and Lauren are great supporters of the Swan Hill community and are the proud parents of 4 active children pursuing secondary and tertiary education. Life at home on their peaceful Murray River property is in stark contrast to hive of real estate activity that occupies their working week at the Campbell Street office.
