About Charlie Evans

It takes a certain kind of person to be a successful property manager: someone with the right balance of compassion, attention to detail, friendliness, and pride in their work, as well as someone devoted to delivering outstanding service.Charlie Evans embodies all of this and more, which is why property management is not so much just her job as it is her calling.

It's also why she stands out in the Canberra marketplace - her service is exceptionally personalised and high end, and she fills the gap as a property manager who has the best interests of all parties at heart. That's why you'll find her working tirelessly to produce outcomes everyone is pleased with. Why? Because, for Charlie, nothing beats the sense of satisfaction that comes with exceeding the expectations of her owners and tenants.

Drawn to property management in 2017, after relocating from Bathurst, Charlie has successfully channelled her administration and customer service background into this dynamic industry. Being a licensed agent for ACT and NSW also gives Charlie the breadth of knowledge required to successfully execute legislative requirements, providing unmatched peace of mind for all her clients.
In 2022,Charlie was recognised for her hard work and was awarded Leasing Consultant of the Year at the annual REI ACT Awards for Excellence. In 2024, Charlie was recognised as Business Development Manager of the Year for her tireless work on the portfolio's growth.

Charlie's friendliness, reliability and incomparable dedication is also why she oversees the ACT Rentals portfolio. She's thrilled to be part of this collective vision to help people thrive through property and is ready to assist with all your property management needs.
