Prior to Cavalier Dale completed his apprenticeship working in the family building business. Dale worked for several builders as a carpenter throughout Albury-Wodonga & Victoria. Also worked in commercial building running a carpentry & plastering business for several years building residential apartments, hospitals, schools, supermarkets, retirement villages, nursing homes & childcare centers, etc. Dale enjoyed working back home in the Albury-Wodonga & missed the communication with clients therefore went back to domestic building before joining Cavalier Homes.
