Adeptly using her natural communication skills in her role as Business Development Manager, Dania weaves years of people management expertise together with a passion for real estate and an innate understanding of what great customer service actually is.

Dania has an extensive commercial management background, most recently with Harvey Norman and also for the Club Group (health & fitness centres). She has 'skin in the game' as part owner of hospitality businesses including Meating Room in Weston Creek and 1 on One Espresso in Barton.

As an active member of various committees, Dania's exposure to an array of different industry practices forms a useful part of her toolkit and she is focussed on growing her already strong relationships with builders and developers in the Canberra region.
