Daniel Duy Nguyen grew up in Vietnam until the age of 10 when his family migrated to South Australia. Since being in Australia in 1995 he has moved in excess of 15 homes from Woodville to Virginia to Berri to Murray Bridge and now back to Woodville North. Daniel has always had an interest in property. After completing his education he spent 5 years running a home and garden decor shop with his parents before getting into the Mortgage Broking industry in 2008. With a lot of success and hard work he opened his own firm after only 16 months. Daniel currently owns and operates ‘Arndale Finance’ - a leading financial service provider in Adelaide offering a large range of services dealing with Residential Home Loans, Commercial Loans, Personal Loans and Car Loans. He has helped many first home buyers as well as new and experienced investors achieve their financial goals. Due to his integrity and willingness to go the extra mile to help his clients achieve their goals, he has had a lot of support in the market place. Especially in the Vietnamese community who have encouraged him to move into property sales. Daniel is now broadening his horizons and has joined the Real Estate Industry with Hale Real Estate. Daniel’s qualifications include Certificate IV and Diploma in Finance/ Mortgage Broking and he is currently obtaining his Sales Representative License under Hale Real Estate. He speaks English and Vietnamese and is very well known and respected in the Vietnamese Community. To the extent that his clients are handing him properties to sell for them in a market where other agents are struggling to find listings. Daniel knows that he is entering a tough real estate market. However, despite this he is still positive that there is a strong enough demand for his service in the marketplace. At the same time, he believes that his knowledge in finance would be a great benefit for his sellers and buyers. They can get out and in quicker and more efficiently. Daniel approaches every transaction with an open mind and takes the time to find out what his client’s wants and needs are. The areas he specialises in include Burnside, Woodville and towards the Northern suburbs of Adelaide including Mawson Lakes, Parafield Gardens, Burton and Virginia where most of his existing clients reside. Outside of work Daniel enjoys travelling, fishing as well as playing football, soccer and badminton.
