Professional Background | Daniel was awarded a scholarship to The Friends School and went on to obtain a combined degree in Commerce and Law at the University of Tasmania. For eight years Daniel was employed as an inquiry agent for a private investigation firm, where he progressed quickly to Associate level in a management capacity. It is in real estate, however, where Daniel has truly excelled. He was recently awarded the company's Top Property Consultant award (without sales support) for the second consecutive year, in addition to awards for the highest number of listings and sales overall. He holds the company's all time sales record for a consultant without sales support and has won the Top Gun award in every Quarter since the beginning of his real estate career. That said, Daniel is more proud of the feedback he receives from clients than the awards he is consistently winning. The stack of positive testimonials from clients so impressed with the level of professionalism and sales result achieved, perhaps speaks the loudest about the extent of Daniel's ability. He is amongst a handful of the top performing real estate agents in Tasmania and is very highly valued within the Petrusma Property group. Approach to Real Estate | Daniel's father Ed ten Broeke is a Director of Petrusma Property with more than 30 years experience in real estate. Daniel was introduced to real estate at a very early age and was groomed for the role by one of the leaders in the industry. Daniel has highly developed communication and organisational skills. He is extremely motivated and believes strongly in the importance of plain hard work and dedication, as well as openness in the real estate transaction. His clients receive superior service and Daniel knows how to achieve results. Family | Daniel married his teenage sweetheart Bianca. They have three daughters Ella, Ebony and Mayah, a son Charlie and a mischievous black Labrador "Sarge". Daniel and Bianca have been proud residents of the Eastern Shore for many years. Hobbies & Interests | Daniel is a natural achiever and has excelled in sport and music as well as academically and professionally. He represented Tasmania in underage soccer and went on to play in the State Premier League. He enjoys all forms of water sport and during summer can be found barefoot skiing with friends on Meadowbank Lake near Hamilton. He is a keen snowboarder and a talented drummer, for a number of years a member of popular Hobart band Morning Glory.
