Don't be surprised that there are only one or two properties at any one time - this is not a reflection of the demand on me as an agent or my interest in listing and selling properties, but my life at this time, living realestate not letting real estate run me. I offer clients individual service every day of the week until Sold.
I have had all the  awards of this industry and have been proud to have been recognised as a high achiever by my peers. Operating and owning my own office in Maitland and purchasing a second real estate office in Port Stephens. My life highlights? Working with and employing some fantastic real estate people.  My greatest achievement is in the people - achieving their dream price, and working for beautiful clients and handing keys to wonderful buyers. The many families who trusted me to sell deceased members property with the respect it deserves. 
Seeing a huge farm developed into residential blocks was an exciting time. Watching the building process in one of the major housing estates in Rutherford / Aberglasslyn and working with the families they now house. It is with pride I know I was there from ground breaking to the last lot sold.
My many sales include my stock & station agent qualifications. Selling 100 acres lots of vacant land, rural acreage with established homes and sheds,cattle races and stables, horse studs, equestrian property and a beautiful Hunter winery. Listing and selling and managing shops, new home and land packages. We did the lot- even getting chased by  horses and cows and driving into flooded creeks, just to show a property!

The best feeling is supporting the first home buyer and being remembered for their later real estate purchases.
Energy Smart homes became our sole new home client and the excitement of the construction of  vertical poured concrete homes, still stands out as one my best experiences. Homes in East Maitland and Rutherford show the remarkable quality of the build. 
Developments have been a high priority and a valuable life experience. 
Success is knowing 5 of my previous staff went onto opening their own real estate offices. Their success fills me with pride.
