My guarantees if appointed as your auction agent.
1: If we do not achieve the minimum price promised at the beginning of the sale, then you do not need to pay a sale fee/commission
2: If we agree on $1,500,000 and we only achieve $1,480,000, then no fee applies. Guaranteed
3: If you are not happy with the service or the process, you can conclude our agreement at any time with seven days' notice without penalty
4: We will negotiate a fee structure that provides an incentive for me to get you as much as possible, and you get to pick the fee at the end of the sale, for example, 2-3% of the sale price.
Warning, what happens if you out-negotiate your agent and agree on a flat % or amount? If I do a super job and exceed your expectations, then you can pay op to opt to pay me on the higher end of that scale. If I do a poor job, you can pay me on the lower end of that scale.
If I don't get the minimum price guarantee, then you don't need to pay me.
